113 ORS D'ASIE
For thousands of years, gold has been regarded as the color of the Buddha's complexion, for it would have appeared on Earth with an irradiating body, illuminating the world. For this presentation, the Musée Guimet focuses on tapestry and sculpture and evokes the different uses of gold throughout Asia: gold dye used in sculptures in Japan, China or Korea, Afghanistan kushan or adornment of Indian maharajahs. Thus, 113 splendors tell of his fabulous epic in time, and particularly the reasons of the attraction and the power of seduction that it provoked in Asia.

ONE OF OUR FAVORITES PLACES
Sola, the place where only the insiders go. We go down the stairs and discover a real japanese place with the japanese rituals. We take off our shoes, put on the traditional sleepers and sit down on the cushions down the floor. No menu, the chef has carte blanche to surprise us. And we enjoy the incredible vintage sake collection
