WHERE WE LIKE TO GO BEST
In the heart of the Pavillon Bouddhique, annex of the Musée Guimet in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, the Japanese garden is a unique green space in Paris (free access). It has an area of 450 m2. With its giant bamboos, stone slabs, small wooden bridges and a pond, this is one of the more "Zen" of the capital! Besides its interesting collection of more than 200 Japanese works and the beautiful mansion that houses them, it is above all the amazing and unusual Japanese-inspired garden that deserves to be visited in addition to the museum.
ONE OF OUR FAVORITES PLACES
The Castle of Monte-Cristo in Port-Marly is the former residence of Alexandre Dumas. In the heart of a nine-hectare English park, this castle was commissioned by the writer who wanted to get away from the tumult of the capital.
