From a family of Parisian hôteliers, ​she ​​grew up hosting visitors to France, quite literally. Graduated from Lausanne Hotel School, ​she carr​ies 25 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry.​ Over the years,​ she has worked in several luxury hotel​s, ​lived in Asia, US, Switzerland and Mexico​, ​run a boutique hotel in the Golden Triangle in Paris and ​obtained substantial ​experiences ​​in operations and management with a deep understanding of guest service and its challenges​.
